Puppet Day

One of the key parts of our Kindergarten is “Puppet Show”. It is an important part of the child’s learning development, as it helps to organize information and build confidence. It also a great way to encourage the child’s interest in the particular topic and a chance for children to think outside the box with the aim of providing an opportunity for our kids to develop effective communication skills. They described with a lot of confidence, facial expression and voice modulation using handmade flower puppets, finger puppets, and spoon puppets. They enacted for stories like ‘Thirsty Crow’ and ‘The Hare and The Tortoise’ with hand puppets. Overall the show was a spectacular learning experience for kids.
