BLACK COLOUR DAY

Black is associated with power, strength, authority, elegance, formality, and sophistication. Black is required for all other colours to have depth and variation of hue.
With an objective to introduce colours and their identification. Kindergarten section of SKPVIS celebrated “BLACK COLOUR DAY ” on 19th September 2018.
Children were introduced to the beauties of black colour through different black colour objects. Teachers and children came dressed in black colour attire. The class was decorated with the black colour object, flash cards. The “THIRSTY CROW” story was narrated using a crow puppet, pitcher and pebbles. And kids also stuck black shredded chart paper on an elephant image which enhanced their finger coordination. Children enjoyed doing the art activities.
